Biography
Harry Shea is an Investment Director for the Growth Equity Strategies Team at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where he supports the Large Cap Growth, All Cap Growth, Global Growth and International Growth long-only strategies for the US intermediary channel. He joined Loomis Sayles in 2026 from Impax Asset Management, where he was a portfolio specialist, supporting the firm’s thematic equity strategies across intermediary, institutional, and sub-advisory channels. Previously, Harry was at Natixis Investment Managers, where he served first as a regional director on the Northeast distribution team and most recently as an investment strategist where he was the primary client-facing liaison representing strategies on behalf of affiliated investment teams including Loomis Sayles Growth Equity Strategies. He began his career at Commonwealth Financial Network. Harry has 13 years of investment industry experience. He earned a BS and a BA from the University of New Hampshire. Harry is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Boston.
